St. Ben’s Clinic

St. Ben’s Clinic is committed to providing respectful, comprehensive health services to adults who experience barriers in traditional health care settings. This care specializes in developing a relationship with patients through respect and understanding to overcome traditional barriers to medical care. Those barriers may include:

  • Difficulty in using office-based clinical practice

  • Lack of trust in the large system of care

  • Problems associated with poverty

  • Challenges of substance abuse or long term mental illness or homelessness

The clinic benefits from physician involvement and oversight as well as the assessment, counseling and referral skills of a professional social worker to address all issues related to health.
