Angel of Hope Clinic

Angel of Hope Clinic provides individuals and families access to quality primary care in Milwaukee’s near south side, with a focus on people in poverty,  homeless, and/or undocumented persons.

Adults in need of primary health care services, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, immunizations, and medication management.

1,500+ clinic visits provided to over 1,118 patients in 2020 | Majority of patients (85%) report Spanish as their primary language and are able to receive care by the bilingual clinic team | Provide patient assistance for pharmaceutical assistance and access to specialty care services
